📦 Shipping Policy

At HairAura Luxe, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time
Canada: 2–7 business days
United States: 3–8 business days
International: 5–12 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location. Free shipping may be offered during promotions.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Address
Customers must ensure correct shipping details. HairAura Luxe is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

📍 Local Pickup (GTA Only)

We offer local pickup in the Greater Toronto Area.

Local pickup in the GTA is available by appointment only for selected products marked as ‘Available for Pickup.’

Pickup is arranged after order confirmation. Customers will receive pickup instructions and location details via email. Orders must be picked up within 5 days unless otherwise arranged.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and product safety standards, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final
Wigs, hair extensions, and braiding hair cannot be refunded or returned once purchased.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue

Approved items must be unused, in original condition, and original packaging.

Non-Eligible Items:
• Worn or installed hair
• Custom or personalized wigs
• Sale or discounted items

⚠️ Lost or Damaged Packages

HairAura Luxe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the shipping carrier. However, we will assist customers in filing claims when necessary.
